If you have received a printed Parish Plan Questionnaire and would like to complete it online, enter the Questionnaire ID exactly as it is printed on the front into both the Username and Password boxes on the left and then click the "Log in" button.
Once you have logged in, you will see the different sections of the questionnaire on the right. Click on a section link and complete the questions as instructed. Each section can be submitted separately. This allows you to come back and complete all sections at your convenience.
If you have any questions or are having difficulty, please email parishplan@caldecote.gov.uk
A Parish Plan conveys the aspirations of the community as a whole and lists a number of concrete actions to be taken forward by the Parish Council and, where appropriate, other local groups. Parish Plans are recognised by local government departments, service providers, fund-holding groups and commercial organisations. Having a Parish Plan to support the community’s position will help both the Parish Council and local groups to access funding and assistance from local government and other agencies. Any future proposals will carry greater weight if they can be supported by the Parish Plan and the findings of the questionnaire.
So that the Parish Plan will represent the shared vision of the whole community, a Parish Plan Steering Committee has been formed to gather as many views as possible, from open meetings, discussions with local groups, questionnaires and other forms of feedback. The Steering Committee members are volunteers from the community. It is assisted financially by a grant from Cambridge ACRE and is supported by the Parish Council.
The Steering Committee meet occasionally in public to discuss progress and plan actions. Progress will be reported in the Caldecote Journal and on this site.
